Pinnacle Global Group, Inc. acquired Kissinger Financial Services, Inc. a provider of financial planning services for individuals
and corporations located in Hunt Valley, MD Pinnacle Global Group, Inc. became Sanders Morris Harris Group Inc. SMH hired
former Sutro & Co. institutional sales team located in Los Angeles, CA

2002
SMHG adopted dividend policy and declared dividend for first quarter 2002.
SMH added Douglas Noyes Division to asset management group located in New York, NY

SMHG merged Pinnacle Management & Trust Company into Salient Partners and retained a 50% ownership interest in the
